Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using Modbus Simulator ("the Software"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software. Each license key is issued to a single user and may be used on any number of computers as long as only the licensed user is operating it. This license is for the individual or entity identified during purchase.

The Software includes a 15-day free trial period with full functionality. No credit card or payment is required to start the trial. After the trial period expires, a valid license key is required to continue using the Software.

5. Delivery

The license key is delivered digitally via email immediately upon successful payment. The key is also displayed on-screen after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

6. Updates

Your license includes free lifetime updates to the Software. Updates may include bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features at our discretion.

7. Support

Licensed users receive email support at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 24-48 business hours.

8. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated documentation, code, and content are the intellectual property of ModbusSimulator (Stark Enterprises). The license grants you the right to use the Software, not ownership of it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Software for controlling industrial equipment is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ModbusSimulator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, equipment damage, or business interruption.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke a license if these terms are violated. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sangli, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
